    Finished the additional outlets tonight. I quickly discovered that the centre outlet needed to be a 4x4 box as having conduits coming in both sides ate up most of the internal space!     Got rid of the large floor standing shelf and pushed my tool box into the space. Really opened up the area in front of the workbench.

    I just installed the elbow and extension as you mentioned to relocate the exterior valve outside the confines of the bench legs. I used shark bite fittings (or gator or whatever they're called). I haven't opened the interior valve yet to test for leaks.
