I installed my sprinkler system years ago when the city had good water pressure, it has gone down over the years and i dont have good coverage any more. I dont want to redo all of my zones and am thinking of trying a inline booster pump, any input would be appreciated

thanks for the replies, the cement is over 20 yrs old, it had been painted before but evidently it wasnt taken down to a good hard surface, i would like to paint it again once it is finished right. I live in Wyoming cold country, 25 deg this morning but warming up next week

My front porch has spalling concrete on it's vertical walls, I took an air chisel to it and got it down to a good solid surface, what should i use to spread on the old surface to refinish it?
