    Even new Unior LSI spanner had chrome chipping without use, some others LSI spanners had rust at the shelves of shop. Same problem with rust I have seen at Elora spanners and at Knipex pliers pivot joints too

    This is true. On the other hand there is an advantage from "superlock" profile sockets when there are rounded fasteners they will work. But for every day use I would choose "Power Torque" because with them it is easier to work.

    Facom seems that always made short wrenches, the 40 series is even shorter than newer 440 series.
