Ospho will leave an acid film. Epoxies will not adhere over the acid film. To remove the acid film, wet it with ospho, and while active (don't let it dry) scrub with scotchbrite and rinse with water. Most people call this "nuetralizing", but you are really diluting and rinsing the acid away...

I have the eastwood single voltage. Works great. I was having problems with the powder repelling, solved it with a dedicated earth ground. Check craiglsist for a cheap or free oven. I don't recommend doing it in the house. I buy powder from tccoatings or pouderbythepound.

Bowling alley bench. It's well beat and has some character. Flooded with 2 coats of spar eurethane. Front edge is 2x angle for a crisp edge to bend sheet metal. Base is 2x2 .120" wall, blackened, oiled, and waxed. Next project is to build rolling cabinets to nest underneath.
