I've never seen a pre fab house before but it looks awesome. We're not saying it's bad, just different to how it's done in Europe. Good luck with the garage fit out!
It is but as the Mrs is from SA I think it's allowed, also the technique was demonstrated by someone visiting from her family so I think it's fair game. Also the thread poster has roots over that way so I think he'll understand :bounce:
Good updates as always. Have you tried braaing a rack of ribs still in their plastic, tried it recently and it seemed to work a treat. Only about 10 minutes on the Weber but they tasted incredible.
