    It is but as the Mrs is from SA I think it's allowed, also the technique was demonstrated by someone visiting from her family so I think it's fair game. Also the thread poster has roots over that way so I think he'll understand :bounce:

    Good updates as always. Have you tried braaing a rack of ribs still in their plastic, tried it recently and it seemed to work a treat. Only about 10 minutes on the Weber but they tasted incredible.
