well since none of my customers have done that then I am not 100% sure
i do know the hutch attaches to the classic 96 easy enough and i think the top box is flat so it should bolt up... but i have not seen it sone yet.
i will tell you guys what has caused this. One guy in the dallas area has about 100 ratchets and hundreds of repair kits for free. He kept calling in and complaining and snap on kept sending out new stuff to him.
This has been stopped but those that abuse the **** out of something have ruined...
you never know. someone might have just ran off with a ton of his money 5 minutes before he got there and was not in the right frame of mind when you two snapped at each other
there are always two sides to every story. I have seen it go both ways where the customer has a melt down over something that was his fault and then the dealer flips out over miscommunication.

handymanny if you looked at anyone now a days, no one does it all. they farm out all sorts of stuff that they keep a secret. ez red, kd, lisle etc make a ton of stuff out there for everyone.
the amount of tools that i send in for warranty are not any higher than they were 10 years ago. I think that the loc-tite is better than it was a few years ago though..
if you show up with a huge pile then i will do a little at a time. I keep the main stock for my weekly customers. they get first pick as they have earned it.
