I work for a union contractor and we charge 93/ hr for regular time /126/ hr for after hours And for T & M work we mark up material 60%

Just furr out the interior walls if you want to add more insulation If it's new construction is definitely go 2x 6 exterior walls and just **** up the added cost

that appears to be a door plane and model 100 PC router to mortise hinges they were 7/8 HP is that hinge mortise templete i see at the bottom. I looked at the album I have the same PC hinge template and planer. Mine have hung well over 1000 doors

Has anyone penciled out the cost difference between a traditional slab on grade compared to a stem wall and TJI Joists and 1-1/8" T & G ply?
I just calculated out the footing and slab for the house and shop building and I'm just under 99 CY of concrete.

When I did a concrete countertop a couple years back I used a slurry to fill the voids. It's mixed with water to create a pancake consistently and spread with a squeegee. Once it sets up it filled the voids Nicely. Might be worth looking to as a possible solution. Looks like your concert sub...
