    Another bead roller

The only problem is I added a 2" tube to the bottom for my "Modular" work bech mount, so I can either put my Vice, My bead roller, or my sheet metal brake on the bench, and the bead roller weighs ~ 90 LBS. Now I need to build a gantry crane :pimpflash

    Another bead roller

Here is my take on the HF bead roller, I reinforced it, extended the slot 2", and installed a gear motor and foot switch: The box on the top contains the directional switch, for forward and reverse: Foot switch: 14Ga SS:

    Tube bender

I built a Tube bender, starting with Gottrikes plans, but modifying them to use a Hydraulic cylinder, instead of the HF jack. I also mase the swing arm out of 1" thick material and comensated for the larger dimensions. For a Power unit I have a 12V self contained Monarch pump, and I control it...

    The VISES of Garage Journal

ANyone know who makes this vise? I found it in the scrap pile at one of my customers, it had a bent shaft, which I was able to straighten. I'm happy with it for 2 hours worth of work , a couple of new bolts and a coat of paint:

Nice! Now I know what to do with my old engine stand! I made a new HD one, and was going to scrap the old one.

    Stainless steel backsplash....

Jig saw, pull the trim around the window off, cut the stainless, and re-install the window trim, gives you a huge (By fabrication standards) fudge factor. Window trim is usually 1 1/2 " wide, so it can make up for alot of error. I will get some pics of my Kitchen up. I have a stainless...
