Yes there is such a thing as overkill when it comes to power washers but your budget won’t allow it. If I was to buy another one gas or electric I would look for one with the highest flow rate I could afford.

What do you currently use for heat in the garage? It's pretty impressive how quick cars and the floor will dry with a infrared heater overhead

Do you have any dealers in your area? One thing to keep in mind is they do require calibration, It's much easier to be able to drop it off at a shop rather than shipping it out I have a Topcon I use all the time and have been extremely happy with it

Correct the Wright shallow and deep chrome metric sockets are 12pt.

How much topsoil do you have in your area? I've had trees like that in the past in the middle of slabs and by the time you grind it then strip all the topsoil there really isn't enough left to be a concern. Plus I'm sure your going to need to bring in stone to make your pad that will give you a...
