Moved into new TH and hope to fix up my new 20x20 garage soon. No big plans, just paint, shelves and hopefully some tile flooring coming soon : )

Thx for the insights, will wait and see how the taped finish looks and go from there, $1K from builder to finish is too much for us, will see if I can get better local pricing or try the DIY way...
