    Quality Thread Chaser Recommendation

You might look at the Buckingham Thread chaser. Works great on Metric, Imperial and various sizes. And one of the few that you can place OVER the damaged area and work the threads in reverse... I’ve had one for years and my Dad had one from maybe the 40’s...

    1/4" Pen Driver

Giaco released this on on kickstarter. I ordered one. Beautiful tool and a cool carrying case as well... I don’t think it’s 1/4” but it leaves most other drivers in the dust! Http://www.Giaco.com https://kinetic-driver.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

    Show us your welding projects

Here's a welding table I made - 2x2" steel with a top that is 1/2". Had a local shop cut the grid of holes with a water jet. If I had it to do again, I'd probably seek out a laser for a bit more accuracy. I get a little wobble with dog stops in the 5/8" holes. Top is 36 x 48 with a grid of...

Another way to find deals on Festool.... Festool has a 30-day return policy on tools. Those returned tools get refurbished and sold at discounts. Go to festoolrecon.com and register for alerts. Sometimes they have none. Other times they have quite a few different products. Tends to be...

Great progress. That Jeep is going to be a BEAST! Impressed with how you are doing this. I wouldn't know where to begin other than to keep handing you tools! Thanks for the details in this build!

Do you have a MFS jig for your Festool router? That’s a mortise jig from rails that is fully adjustable. I use my Shaper Origin handheld CNC router for Soss hinge mortises and it’s awesome. But the MFS is a good alternative with a guide collar on the router. You could also make one from...

The Diamond Back HD Bed Cover

Very nice cover! Tell us more about the trailer. It looks new from the quality of the exterior aluminum. But I think you said it was used. How old? Have you had to do any renos? You've no doubt followed the Mid Century Makeover thread here with Gregor and his vintage aluminum trailer I'm...
