    I'm back!

Maybe not this October! All BC parks are C19 Closed. You can camp there but the pools are closed. Drove down to Northern Rockies Lodge in Muncho Lake last month for a mini vacation, that is a wonderful part of the world.

    Resetting LiftMaster 890 Max remote

I have used the 890 Max on a couple of garages now with good luck. One my son was using fell down and wedged onto the exhaust on his motorbike. It was half melted and still worked. I guess I do only need to reset 2 doors!

    Resetting LiftMaster 890 Max remote

I bought a new garage that has 3 doors, all with openers. I bought a few 890 Max keychain remotes with 3 buttons and programmed them to open each door. Somehow one of the remotes ended up that any button opens all 3 doors at the same time. Not what I had intended. I read up and...

Whitehorse is beautiful, as is all of Yukon. October can be the start of winter though........ be prepared. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

    I'm back!

I joined here about 8 years ago to build a new garage. This place is a great resource. I had a 24'X28' garage built and I finished the inside. I found great information for the planning and finishing. Sold that place in 2014! Moved to Whitehorse and lived in the burbs with a 2 stall...

    Parts storage solution

What about picking up some used pallet racking ? It doesn't free up floor space but it would be cheaper. Might be cheaper to build it 10 ft longer and use pallet racking than it would be to purchase used shipping containers and try to fabricate something to get it up and off the ground.

    Dripping tap

Tipsy, thanks. My plan is to go to work tomorrow and make sure I go for coffee with the plumbing instructors!

    Dripping tap

IT appears that there are 2 shower stalls back to back, the ensuite and the main bathroom tub. So it would mean ripping down that shower stall.

    Dripping tap

Thank you. I am thinking that the collar would have originally been slipped into place and is a friction fit. But being 30 years old I doubt it is going to come out without snapping. This is fine if I can get a new one. How do you think this collar is attached? Possibly threaded? I looked...

    Dripping tap

While I am a renter it is a private deal and I am living in a buddies house while he and his wife are off at school. As a home owner I am used to puttering in my own house, so I kind of miss it. Under a normal rental situation I would not be messing with someone else s house. No, the back side...

    Dripping tap

I am working on fixing a dripping tap set in the ensuite bedroom in a house I am renting. It looks like I need to remove the black rubber cover/wall seal to get the cartridge out. They are old and hard so I think that means cutting them off. Can new ones be bought? I thought I had better...

    C wire Reillo burner

I do have a terminal strip beside my burner but the thermostat is connected directly to the circuit board on the burner. I do not have any voltage across the r and c terminals.

    C wire Reillo burner

Thanks everyone. I found this wiring diagram on another thread. I will see if I can make that work. Where do you buy relays?
