What a crock....i don't give a damn what these are made of. I can't see how they justify such a high price (except for plain ol greed) for clothing you're going to get greasy, dirty and torn or any other reason for wearing them. Most guys who earn a living in that type of shop or work...
Good Grief......I don't care if the blacksmith makes them only using his toes and blindfolded......anyone who pays $35000 for a pair of scissors is nuts.......and I used to have Bonsai Trees in my back yard, still have an interest and still have all my tools but unfortunately the desert heat...

Today's interesting finds......several of these very cool fancy drawer pulls from 1873, a vintage watchmakers anvil, New old stock General Electric Light Meter in its original box (still works), a vintage Miners Candle Holder or "Sticking Tommy", a teeny tiny hammer, an 1890 watchmakers staking...
Some interesting tools and finds today.....a couple of fine Lathe Motors, some machinists tools ( I especially like the Starrett Mic in its original factory wood box, amongst a box of invoices, bills and letters I found this unused check book from the 40's and this singing bird cage.
Still a long way to the finish line....still have over 1/2 a van full of boxes to go thru....tons of tools I've already separated from the trash and treasure to catalog and photograph......the journey continues...
