Build a wooden jig and roll it on its side. You can fit it in a empty space vertically which takes up much less space you aren't using.

Aggreed, but having to spend more on mutliple cords and adapter justifies just buying one core to feed the spider box. Perhaps i'm missing something here.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that the main panel is located in the garage where i would be adding the sub panel.

I already have #6 wire to run to the sub panel, it was salvaged from my last garage. Just wanting to know what the best solution is here because I don't know which route to take. With what materials and equipment I have available, I am just trying to get some input from you guys. Thanks!

My thought is i already have 3 of these spider boxes and if i can avoid using up slots in the panel and feed just one line into the spider box while be able to be mobile and using different recepticals, its a win in my book. The spider box have multiple recepticles that i can run multiple tools...

If youre not going to be using it for alot of metal forming, I used a SS food prepping table with 2 in walls above the table. the one I got has an adjustable shelf underneath and is really sturdy.

Ever consider moving the compressor outside? that is what im doing currently and building a shed around it.
