charge backs are a hit or miss, but if he really wanted to make you happy he can send it back with a field grp manager and tell them that you are a great customer and get it done... he's a bad business man then, don't buy from him, a smart dealer doesn't care about broken they cause customer...

67.25 doesn't sount that bad to me ... but then again i don't know the prices of a wiha or wera set.... those are made by sir... didn't even know we had it with the bluepoint name... I have had huge successes with these and my customers... they are very very durable

... last i checked our roto ratchets have always been 72 teeth...

the only real things snapon sells that's made in Taiwan are bluepoint products... i've yet to see our pliers screwdrivers impacts wrenches ratchets sockets that are made anywhere in Asia
