    Tools from the old world

They are well known all over the world with the exception of the US. The US is a tough nut to crack for most European equipment manufacturers. They have to compete in a saturated market with local and cheap imported tools. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tools from the old world

New-ish bench vise (6 months old), I am not sure how good it is or where it's made, I needed a large vise and saw this for what is equivalent to 235 euros. Unior 721-200. Gray cast iron. Seems ok so far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tools from the old world

I am not exactly sure why them pliers are worth $46 to begin with, let alone $62. I bought one few years ago for about as much as you paid for it and used it maybe once or twice. It's good quality, but it is not worth that much for me.

    Vice grips without slop?

You are indeed right. They are from Spain, locking pliers is all they make and they have nothing to do with Bahco.

    Vice grips without slop?

Knipex grip pliers are really good and high quality, but the ones I have all seem to have that slop, not much, but it's there. That never bother me. The only ones I have with no slop are the French made Facom, and some of the German made Gedore. Chad toolbox is a good place to start, but it is...

Thinking about selling all of my Craftsman tools

If you don't need the money to buy another tool or they are not taking a lot of space then keep them. Their value will most likely increase down the road. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
