Old post but do you still need help? I just got a 4200 with the cal weight. Here's the dimensions:
1.97" x 0.753"
288 grams or 10.16 oz
thread is 0.445" long and is 5/16 x 18tpi
I'm looking for an owner's manual for the 4200
Super excited to finally own a hand spin balancer. Picked up an FMC 4200 today and it came with a few cones, the handle, calibration weight and a box of stick on weights, and a few pages from the manual on how to calibrate it. I don't have the spring so I can cone from the back side, a rim...
I am so tired of dealing with big box stores and out of balance wheels. Spent a few hours this past weekend trying to get my VW tires balanced. Their Hunter Roadforce machine was incapable of centering the wheel - and I don't have weird wheels.
Looking for a hand spin tire balancer within 4...
Perfect example today of how backwards my Pioneer 12K system is. Hot and somewhat humid day today outside (outside temp is 85 deg F, 58% humidity). Inlet air temp is 80 deg F, outlet is 46 deg F or a delta T of 34 deg. Dining room/kitchen is comfortable, humidity is getting cut nicely.

Compare air flow between the two units. I have a 12K 17 seer unit and the air cfm inside is much lower than 'well known' brands. Also mine the firmware acts funny as it has a higher cooling delta across in the inside evaporator when it's hot outside and less so when it's cool outside, even...
1965 California house, original breaker panel has two short 3/4" flexible conduit 'stubs' going to it from the attic. Both are empty. Guessing it's for future expansion.
Would like to run a new circuit for a bath fan/heater. Code wise am I allowed to run romex through that conduit to get...
I have a 12K Pioneer installed in my house that functionally is weird. The hotter outside the higher the delta temp across the inside unit. The lower the temp outside, the lower the delta. The bad part is this is for the dining room and when we have a lot of people in the dining room, it gets...

Thanks all for your help! You're right, I don't have a welder yet but looking at getting the Hobart 190 with the spool gun. Getting by with a HH 140 right now and finally looking to upgrade.
