FYI- I run a large powder coating oven in my garage with (3) 3500 electric elements in it and it really doesn't affect my elec bill much at all, of course I don't run it 24/7 either but thats 10,500 Watts! Electricity is still a very cheap source of power compared to gas to fuel...

These things are like engines, verify you have fuel first, then spark! If you have both then it has to be air supply, they must have a proper functioning air pump and be able to maintain at least the min spec'd PSI

Thanks all! CudaChick where did you get your insulation from? Is it expensive? I have almost the same oven setup in my shop! Things are slow around here, most people in my neck of the woods don't wanna pay for powder, they'd rather spray bomb everything...
