I was playing LEGOs with my cousin...

I never had any lego's of my own but my baby brother did, I just took his when he wasn't looking, I loved them. Speaking of Gi-Jo's, I did get one for christmas one year. It was the one with the real hair and when you pulled the string it talked. I couldn't wait till mom and dad went to sleep so...

New Here. A Question of Garage Ethics.

Could not have said it better myself. Just fix your mistake (borrowing tools) and move on. I'm also wondering if you create this much drama at work.

    Auction purchases

Really cool stuff to find. Thanks for the post, my brother (who lives in Florida) goes to a lot of auctions, I think I'll call him and find out a little more about getting into the scene. My wife and I went to a local auction once, I was bidding on a t.v., the price kept going higher right...

    My latest woodworking project

Just wanted you to take a look at my latest project. I think it's pretty cool looking. One thing about this project is the amount of time it takes to do a job like this in a small one car garage. It gets so crowded up you spend more time looking for the tools you just had.. It made me realize...

This may sound weird but what do you do?

By trade I'm a Machinist, but on the side I build computer desks for people. All the furniture in this room took about a month of spare time. Just completed and installed. He's a big O.U. fan :shocking: My customer was happy.

    Pocket hole Jig

I got my kreg tool for my b-day and I use it all the time. This week I have built 6 piece computer room set for a friend. It's a good thing it's tough, I think I dropped it on the concrete floor a dozen times or more. It stays together and works great. Probably nothing wrong with the cheaper...

Let’s see your favorite drawer in your toolbox…

I sometimes I wish my money could come back, Like for the Snap-ON torx drive sockets. I got blindsided by the salesman on this set. He knew I didn't want to spend that much money, but when I got my bill, it was to late. Wow, can anyone compete with the drawer full of money? I don't even...

Let’s see your favorite drawer in your toolbox…

Wow, can anyone compete with the drawer full of money? I don't even pretend to. My favoriate tools are the Mitutoyo bore gages with .0001 indicators not much to look at but they are my favoriate drawers to open, everything is so easy to find.

    Rebuilding a Do-All V-36 band saw

I Just love the thread on the rebuild of the Do-All band saw. I work for Do-All's biggest competitor, Hem-Saw. I have worked as a Hem-Saw machinist, programmer, and inspector for a lot of years now, and absolutely understand the effort you put into the rebuild. Your doing a great job. I love...

    Pics of hand-me-down stuff

Great stuff, thanks for the pics. In the photo with the crescent and the pipe wrench, what is the thing at the top, is that another type of adjustable wrench? I have never seen one like that.
