    Steam Cleaning for Supratile

Another style....says high pressure steam with low water volume. More like a pressure washer but uses much less water. https://therma-kleen.com/product/therma-kleen-ultra-1300-propane/

    Steam Cleaning for Supratile

Yes, its fine for getting up the dirt some oil but not the grease. If I get down on my hands and knees with a scotch brite I can get it but I'm not keen on doing that every week when there is 2,000 sf.

    Steam Cleaning for Supratile

Did a search and it seems that most people just hose down their floors with a pressure washer and degreaser. I am not really wanting to pressure wash my auto repair shop because I have equipment everywhere. I have supra tile on the floors, which I've decided was a mistake, more on that later...

    Supra tile w/Liner

I had not even made it to the edges yet so there were still several feet of space between the tiles and any vertical surface. Unfortunately during my conversations with Armor Poxy there was never any mention of this occurring. One can't be expected to think of of all every possible question to...

    Supra tile w/Liner

I was able to get some samples and test them....if I poured water out of a cup over the tile joints it definitely Leaked through, they are not water tight, especially in the 4 corner joints. I decided to go ahead put down a waterproofing elastomeric membrane because I don't like the idea of...

    Supra tile w/Liner

After talking with the guys from Legacy Industrial it appears that a densifier isn't going to really help strengthen the overlay enough. I think I am going to go the Supratile route. I think I might go with this coating vs using a pond liner to waterproof the concrete floor prior to laying down...

    Supra tile w/Liner

Another potential option is to apply an elastomeric coating instead of a pond liner. With the aggressive grind just about anything will stick to the overlay as long as it has some flexibility. A self leveling epoxy would adhere great but I think any impact would cause the epoxy to chip because...

    Supra tile w/Liner

Alrighty, here's a rather different potential cure to my issue and I'm curious about others thoughts. Long story short I did a 1/4" to 1/2" overlay on my 2500 sq foot shop floor to fix slop issues to the drain. The good news is I got the slope issue resolved but the unfortunate part is the...

Help me pick the right pressure washer for shop

Help me pick the right pressure washer for shop

Its my understanding that you can't really adjust the pressure, but change the tip to a wider angled pattern to disperse it more? Here is a machine made by Spartan Manufacturing. It is a lower GPM and PSI but can produce steam and generates a hotter stream than others...

Help me pick the right pressure washer for shop

Good day, I need to pickup a pressure washer for my shop but have very limited experience in this area. I definitely want to get a hot water pressure washer and am inclined to utilize propane for heating it since it will be inside. I have a 40 amp dedicated circuit to the location already so...

    Propane Heater Venting question

Good Day, I did some searching but haven't found any information. Can a combination of vertical and horizontal venting be done with a Mr Heater Maxx unit? I think two 125,000 BTU units will work well in my shop at the back in opposite corners each slightly angled to hit the doors that are 65'...
