Dog House. Its insulated with R-19 Commercial Roofing Board on the inside(ISO) and foamed and Tyvek on the outside.. Its super quit and I still haven't drywalled the inside. Edit.. This is a old pic.. It has a 4x4 in the center going into the ground. Its also sided.

I can fit two cars and still have ample room . For any big jobs it would be easier to remove one car.

ditto on checking insulation contractors.. Around here its almost a wash or a few bucks more to have it done. my 24 x26-10ft ceiling with R19 walls, R30 Ceiling, R13 around the Skylight boxes, Thermafiber on the floors is costing around $1200 Its not worth my time to save if at all. good...

I would go for a dual axle if you are going over 10ft. It will track and tow better. It will also give you more options in the future for bigger toys or even helping someone move. Good Luck, RK
