    Dog House. Its insulated with R-19 Commercial Roofing Board on the inside(ISO) and foamed and Tyvek on the outside.. Its super quit and I still haven't drywalled the inside. Edit.. This is a old pic.. It has a 4x4 in the center going into the ground. Its also sided.

    ditto on checking insulation contractors.. Around here its almost a wash or a few bucks more to have it done. my 24 x26-10ft ceiling with R19 walls, R30 Ceiling, R13 around the Skylight boxes, Thermafiber on the floors is costing around $1200 Its not worth my time to save if at all. good...
