    GhostShield 8510 coverage/gallon when used with 4500

Ah, ok. I do recall reading that a broom finish will use considerably more product. Primary concern is the garage for oil spills. This would be trowel finished.

    GhostShield 8510 coverage/gallon when used with 4500

Hi all, New construction wrapping up and I'm looking to cover some 1600 sqft of garage/porch concrete. If I'm using 4500 densifier on the troweled garage floor, what kind of coverage can I expect per gallon of 8510? I'm seeing some posts that suggest that you can extend coverage when paired...

Recommendations for new garage wall color?

My 2+2 garage is moving along and is now ready for me to make paint selections. My initial thought is to play off of the steel gray and silver striped car that will be stored there and do something like SW7661 Reflection with masonry painted black concrete blocks and white baseboard trip where...

New construction. Need reassurances that this 16' door will work.

I've read all of the feedback tonight. Thank you everyone for offering up help w/ the 16' door. It seems like the easiest path forward will be to add 3' to the driveway to maximize turn-in and then I should be ok. As for the 21'+ garage depth, I worked with what I had. My wife and I put a ton...

I appreciate the help. First time I've had anything built and I really didn't have any guidance when modifying the base floor plan.

New construction. Need reassurances that this 16' door will work.

Here is a full view of the lot footprint. It looks like I can get ~3' before I'm up against the U&D easement. (w/ a fringe benefit of provided more space at the street to take an angled approach up the ramp since the Viper is lowered). At 34', do you feel like that will be adequate turn space...

Thank you for the pictures. That certainly helps to visualize the space I'll be working. You also made a good point with the extra width I'll be working w/ allowing for an angled approach if needed w/ the left car.

New construction. Need reassurances that this 16' door will work.

Hi all, I have a new construction build starting to take shape. The plans are signed, the lot prepped, and the reinforced areas of the slab have already been poured. Last night, I got hit with a wave of doubt about my garage door choices. The plans spec an 18x8 door on the front entry and a...

New house construction and I would appreciate help with the garage layout.

That's a great idea. I have a very similar setup in my current house (although its a 2+1 car spot setup). That spot often becomes my work space for whatever little project I have going on or gets stacked with Christmas decorations as I bring them down from the attic.

New house construction and I would appreciate help with the garage layout.

I've spent way too many hours stressing over the driveway layout. The construction manager has agreed to slope the sidewalk in a way to have a smooth slope all the way from the street to the top of the lot where the driveway will flatten out. That was the biggest hurdle to cross logistically...

Fortunately that space is a 12:12 roof so hopefully that will work out.

Thanks for taking a look. I see your point about the sink location. Perhaps another option would be opposite the laundry room sink and placing the pressure washer connection high on the wall above it? As for the driveway, the street angles down from left to right (attached pictures) so the...

New house construction and I would appreciate help with the garage layout.

I'm working with a draftsmen to pull plans together for our next home. Attached are the plans for the garage as well as the footprint of the foundation/driveway. It isn't represented here, but the front facing garage is being modified on the plan tomorrow for an increase to 24' W. I'm looking...

New jack time. Are these products clones?

Like the title says, I'm searching for a new jack. I have a very low clearance car with inset lift points. The previous owner had a Arcan XL2J that worked well but I've found a very similar looking Sunex 6602LP for ~$100 less. Does anyone know if there is an actual difference in these? Links...
