To be honest I find the ads fun to look through to see what the prices of stuff are that month. Most of the stuff i get there I can wait till the cheap cheap prices are advertised so it's like a treasure hunt each month for what new toy I'm going to play with

Not sure about other but don't hit my welds with a grinding wheel. Just a wire brush to knock off slag. If I have a large area I put a wire wheel on the grinder and let it rip.
With that said I still wouldn't trust myself welding a roll cage. Just don't throw sparks over the course of a year...

I was at my local sams the other day and noticed that they had a small Snapon leatherman, knife and light set. Thought this was interesting since Snapon is prided as being high end and well Sams/Walmart is budget. Is this a sign of what's to come for Snapon.

What's the width of your door. It looks like it's a single car so it might not matter. But if it where me I would build a mount and do it in the middle.
The bigger the door the more chance you would have that the door will bind.
