New Concrete floor wanting to preserve

Does anyone know of a good epoxy product a homeowner can put down and not have to mess with it for 20 years or more? Is there such a product these days? Also, on brand new concrete, (a week or two old) how long should one wait to install an epoxy or a sealer? Thanks in advance

New Concrete floor wanting to preserve

Hi All, I have a new concrete garage floor (3 inches over the top of the old floor) Winter salt and calcium have ruined the original untreated or sealed floor over the years. REALLY do not want that happening again. Looking for the best option. Seal it with a solvent-based sealer or epoxy coat...

    Motorcycle Garages Only

Thank you sir... I looked high and low for the older Hepco bars but I really like the extra range of larger tanks too so you are ahead of my bike in that dept. I'm not positive but I believe that trim tape has changed a bet over the years. Got a set for my son's race bike and liked it so much...

    Concrete repair?

20+ years of salt damage. Winter in Northern New England (Maine) is tough on concrete (and vehicles. Not many southern vehicles need brake lines, fuel lines, rocker panels etc replaced too often do they...). I WILL turn it around and it WILL look much better once I'm finished with it this late...

    Concrete repair?

I want to repair all the divots and imperfection in our concrete floor in our garage, what would be the better product to use for here in the Northeast where the floor goes thru extreme temp changes? Cement type of product or epoxy patch? Some are a few inches deep but most are 1/8 to 1/4" deep...
