Does anyone know of a good epoxy product a homeowner can put down and not have to mess with it for 20 years or more? Is there such a product these days? Also, on brand new concrete, (a week or two old) how long should one wait to install an epoxy or a sealer? Thanks in advance

20+ years of salt damage. Winter in Northern New England (Maine) is tough on concrete (and vehicles. Not many southern vehicles need brake lines, fuel lines, rocker panels etc replaced too often do they...). I WILL turn it around and it WILL look much better once I'm finished with it this late...

I want to repair all the divots and imperfection in our concrete floor in our garage, what would be the better product to use for here in the Northeast where the floor goes thru extreme temp changes? Cement type of product or epoxy patch? Some are a few inches deep but most are 1/8 to 1/4" deep...
