I am going to have a 3.5 Ton Trane Split System installed in my 1000 SF garage on Monday. Here in Arizona a garage is not comfortable without it. I have a swamp cooler on wheels that is supposed to be able to cool 1400 SF, but when it hit 115 degree here, the best it could do was 100 degrees...

Why not do the best of both worlds? I have a metal building with steel framing. Very easy to install and finish out.
