So after many years to tool collections, I think it's time to sell most and keep what I will need. So what is a fair price, 20, 30, 50% off of retail.
It's hard enough to part with them.

They way you have it currently is as follows
You will always have lights 4,3,2 always on
Light 1 will only work when the switch is turned on.
The diagram than Pattenp and Stevo gave you are correct.
Also, bulb 3 is defective.
