-I have been notified that I messed up the vector based file! It still required the fonts, meaning that I didn't properly convert the text over to vectors. I believe I have fixed the problem, so delete the old file on your computer (to avoid confusion) and download...

Has anyone found a source for the little feet that go on the bottom of the heavy duty base? Supposed to be part 5219033 "Foot and screw assembly". They're quite different from the little rubber grommets that go on the grinder itself.

This thread is quite timely for my current project. I have a pair I am trying to clean up now. I was wondering if anyone has taken a series of progressively increasing sandpaper grits to theirs to get rid of deeper defects? Mine are looking much better after being cleaned up with some toothpaste...
I have been working on a digital version of the "Craftsman Commercial" block grinder label. This particular label is for model 397.19671 but can be readily adapted to some of the other models with the same design.
I ended up changing the font for the majority of the text to Century Gothic Bold...
New version of the Craftsman Commercial block label, updated with Futura font. Wasn't able to get the exact one that altersaddle mentioned due to price but the Futura Condensed Medium is reasonably close IMHO. It is a little heavier (more bold) than the original

Excellent!! Looks like a great match to me based on web samples. Will do more searching later in the week to see if I can find a downloadable version that is free, or cheaper than the $20 I just found
