The door is made by Clopay, the classic collection looks exactly like the one I have. Installation doesn't look complicated just by looking at it, I guess the most difficult part is replacing the bracket that's connected to the spring, but I think it's doable with a friend.

Does adding a threshold further improve the seal on the bottom to any significant amount? I am wondering if I should just replace the current bottom seal or should I add a threshold too.

So if I start the epoxy project next spring, what's best thing I can put on my concrete this winter to protect it from salt and other harsh chemicals while not making the concrete prep work overly complicated for the project next spring?

Yep, I've got nylon rollers. The garage door itself doesn't make much noise when it's opened or closed. Most of the noise heard in my bedroom is the humming noise from the opener.
