The door is made by Clopay, the classic collection looks exactly like the one I have. Installation doesn't look complicated just by looking at it, I guess the most difficult part is replacing the bracket that's connected to the spring, but I think it's doable with a friend.
Bottom panel of my garage door was damaged. It's sectional with extension spring. so I am wondering if it's possible for me and a helper to replace it on our own rather than looking for a garage door contractor.
Ok, I think I solved the problem.
I have a two door garage and the other door doesn't have this problem. So I checked for the difference and found that the J-arm (between the rail and the door) had screws offset by one hole which made the J-arm slightly longer on this door. I applied the fix...
The rail on my garage door opener is secured to the wall over the garage door by two lag screws on a bracket. Somehow when the door is fully closed the bottom screw is subject to a pulling force (I suspect it's due to the Low Head Room Quick Closing bracket). About a month and half after the...

Looking for something provides salt protection but easier to apply than epoxy, has anyone used anything similar to:http://www.drylok.com/other-drylok-products/drylok-concrete-protector/ ?
Thanks!

1. Do you recommend Sika Crack Flex Sealant or Sonolastic NP 1?
2. Is the poly foam chauk saver sold at HD closed cell or open cell? Does it make a different to go with a closed cell backer rod if I want to keep moisture out of my garage?
Yep, I've got nylon rollers. The garage door itself doesn't make much noise when it's opened or closed. Most of the noise heard in my bedroom is the humming noise from the opener.
