I don't think the wheel question ever really got answer. I know you said they are not cheap wheel, but in sales you need to know your audience.
I assume you spent 10 minutes around the site prior to posting the op. They are countless people who move 1000s of pounds around every day, in and out...
How are those front wheels in sand? Do you have a video of it in sand? You mention the beach at least 2 times in the ad. If I purchased it for the beach I would expect something that can handle loose sand. Dragging chairs, coolers carts etc often struggle with sand
In the garage I have a Bose Bluetooth that I stream to from the phone. In the basement. I have an usb computer speakers that I plug the phone into. The unfinished portion of the basement backs up to the finished portion. I need to run a 2nd set of speakers to the unfinished side.
I have a t12 fluorescent shop light in my basement. It is a cheap light that you need to plug in and it doesn't have a switch. I was plugging it into a gfci and it would trip 75% of the time I switch outlets to a non gfci.
I am certain the gfci was wired correctly

I don't know if the patent pending is a valid way to date the tool. In my observation manufactures apply for parents for incremental changes. This could be for an incremental change.
I was using a 9 inch level the other day. It might be 15 years old. I happened to notice it said patent pending...
I am going to go in a different direction. I had a circular saw and an electric drill. Fall semester I would build several lofts. I also built a couple bars for rooms in fraternity houses.
I pretty much had 3 loft plans for 3 different dorm rooms. I could build one in a day. I would walk away...
