Hey everyone. I was going to pour a 16" wide footer 8" thick. Im obviously going to rebar the footer, but do I need to rebar "up" if i'm putting 7 courses of block? Its only one story, but it will be 12' tall when completed. Any advice would be appreciated!!!!1
