I've been in the house buying mode for the last 2 years and have had no luck why it come to becoming a home owner. I'm thinking about saying f' it with buying someone else's property and dealing with bidding wars and having someone else fix **** or remodel so the idea of getting a construction...

Im looking to install a hoist in a 24'x36' pole barn that I'm in the process of buying. I want to install a 2 post hoist so Ive been going back and forth between a used Rotary smartlift inground and your standard column 2 post above ground hoist. I'm leaning towards the inground as it allows...

Neighbors like that would cause me to buy a Detroit 871, mount it to a portable running stand and blast that f'er at her bedroom at 2:45am every night till the trouble stops.

Great stories and pictures! Im a younger Metro Detroiter (28) and love downtown Detroit, I even graduated from Wayne State University a year ago. There is hope to rebuild some of the great Detroit but it wont happen till all the idiots are removed, from polititions to residents.
