My favorite by sound is my Biltema 3/4" (20 inch)
The sound it makes is ensuring, makes you feel safe, you can hear i damp heavy ratchet sound, not the rapid sound that normal ratchets do.
and yes you really need to back up a bit to get the next tooth to bite, but when you here the "thud" you...

Time for an update. I had some ball bearing drawer slides left over so I made some sheetmetal storage under my bench:
I painted it pink metallic with a drak red "cracked paint" effect:
Time for a little update, the winter is almost over, we didnt get much snow here, only about 10 inches.
But the snowplow worked great, and i found out that it is really hard to take good pictures of snow when using a smartphone camera.
but anyways, here are some results from the last snowfall...
Well i usually dont take pictures of the snow here, and as of now we have no snow, its all gone, but it will be coming more in january, but i took one picture of how my driveway looked after my first try with the mower. it was almost a foot of snow when i started moving it.

A little update...
As i said, i needed weights for the rear wheels, so i made some cone shaped cast iron pieces at work, and made a bracket to fit the holes in the rims.
Then i cut out a small section on the inner weight so i can easily check tire pressure. then i just screwed the outer weight...

nice! and i have toolboard, because i like seeing my tools, and they are easy to access and i hate to open draewrs and getting a tool, then closing a drawer, then open a drawer, put back a tool, then close a drawer, etc. you get the picture.
Hey, i really like it when people find new uses of stuff, so lets see what you guys out there use as a toolbox, something thats not intended for tools. Archive cabinets, library card cabinets, etc...
Or maybe the other way around, you have an expensive Snap On toolbox to keep all your kitchen...
