Vintage, unopened Craftsman Tool Set.. Opinions on age?

Great post! I have most of this set… it was my Dads. I remember it from the late 70’s so I agree with the rest of the crowd on it‘s age.

Grip Edge / RBT Loadout for Home Auto Work ?

Yes! I typically replace the hardware that I remove for this reason. Any reused hardware gets cleaned ultrasonically and then oil or antiseize applied before reinstallation.

I also cleaned up the valve plate more thoroughly. The compressor is working normally now. I appreciate ALL replies...

Sears Two Stage Compressor Repair - Still No PSI

I picked up a golden oldie a month ago locally, and it has been great SO FAR. It is an old sears two stage 30 gallon unit. Last week while it was running I noticed the rythmic "put put" sound of the compressor had more or less stopped. Pressure was at 150psi but after the tank went down I could...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

Here’s my crackhouse, not pictured is my m12 fuel ratchet which I use a ton and the pole saw/string trimmer. Seriously thinking about getting the new m12 stubby 3/8 next month. Talk me out of it. Or into it :) Weekend warrior, hobbyist. 2826 1/2 impact 2880 angle grinder 2420 hackzall 2621...
