Not sure of your question. Are you looking to make sure the Mac sockets are USA made or looking for cheaper off shore ones? Or hoping to find American made quality for Walmart prices?

One thought that may be convenient is a centralized compressed air system with distribution to each unit. Provide this as with any other utility. Would have the advantage of less space and noise compared to each unit bringing in whatever compressors they have.
Very nice! I have been toying with the idea of something similar to that but made out of Aluminum. I just need to finalize my drawer/socket configuration first or make some smaller modular units that can be re-arranged as needs change. Will keep an eye out for this thread as it develops.
^^^THIS. The VIM stuff is very nice for the price. I ended up with Snap-on because my German car has TONS of them and they get regular use and I got lucky with a complete set for $60, otherwise VIM would have been my route.
