Would you build a 28x32 with friends?

Go for it...I have done a 24'X24' addition on my house and more recently a 26'X36' detached garage essentially by myself (help from a brother & couple of friends when really needed). I totally enjoyed the entire process and the feeling of accomplishment when done is pretty cool.

    Looking for a flagpole

I have had a Sunsetter telescoping flagpole for ~15 years and it has performed flawlessly. https://www.sunsetter.com/FlagpoleProducts

    personnel door overhang

My two have held up good, but both are on gable ends...so no heavy snow/ice sliding off roof onto them. My only complaint is they hold a lot of dirt/debris from trees/etc. so I end up cleaning them once a year.

    personnel door overhang

I have what Dustball posted above on both my house and garage, readily available from Depot, Lowes and probably any home improvement store. These work well. I do like the idea of a car hood though...

Telescoping Flag Poles w/ "Bayonet" Connections

Another vote here for Sunsetter aluminum telescopic 20ft pole. Have had mine for atleast 12-14 years and still going strong. http://www.sunsetterflagpole.com/

Very recent....as in 2 weeks ago. Just installed 2 Westinghouse 56" industrial fans. Best price I could find (including the shipping) was Mills Fleet Farm. These are 5 speed fans and seem to move some air. These are in a 36' x 26' w/ 10ft ceilings. They come with controllers and after reading...

    Architects in Bristol county MA?

Another MASS resident here....jav is correct, check with your local building dept. When I built my 36x26 detached, all they needed was simple plans, with the exception of the trusses. The truss manufacturer supplied what was required.

    floor sweeper

Thanks for the couple useful replies that actually answered my question. Should have known better. Surface is 36'X26' smooth concrete (no paint/coating/etc), material being picked up/cleaned is the typical garage debris - sand, mud, leaves, etc. Obviously if there is a bigger mess after a...

    floor sweeper

Considering something like the attached pictures to help keep the shop floor clean. Getting mixed reviews on how they really work. Do they pick up dust & fine/small stuff or do they just create dust and move it around?? Anyone here use one of these? Do they work or should I just keep using the...
