Kaizen foam. Super cheap and easy to do. No issues having to throw it out and replace it if needed.
Love it, worth the $ in my opinion. The wheels I bought with it make it a little too high so I had to remove those.

I've had various auto-darkening helmets over the last 20yrs or so. Most are between poor and average+. My newest one is amazing. It's pricey, but worth it IMO: Optrel Crystal 2.0
