I used some roofing methods and tools to do it along with a little upholstery and vinyl wrapping skills along with glue directions from here and put it all together.

I’m honestly not sure what happened. My end was almost on the truck. We were there because the original sleeper wooden frame broke. I’m thinking it sagged out the bottom and grabbed the flooring.
No it’s an 8’ or 10’ wide roll. It’s not glued and has a thin layer of squish to the base flooring. The only thing holding the whole thing down is the base boards and I’d assume some fastening method underneath that.
Today while removing a sleeper sofa that broke on a customer we snagged the flooring for a second. The guy has plenty to do a bigger section but could I get away with cutting just the bad “board” out and glue the patch and surrounding edges?

Home inspection is calling for concrete cracks to be sealed. I did some looking around but still not sure what to use. The cracks are pretty small and same basic plane.
