Typical mice come with preinstalled settings for how fast you scroll. See if you can find them. Mine just has a button next to the scroll the switches it from fast to slower.

Did you try another browser. Or there is a chance you have reached your maximum bandwidth for that account. Let me know.

People are terrible. But if you are desperate enough I'd bet I'd be stealing too. I wonder if you were targeted before hand. Like they knew what was in that shed before and knew what to take.

I totally agree. I spend a lot of time organizing my garage and would love to have a cabinet or storage section to show some of my innovative ideas.
