Their website shows available items per store but when I tried to order over the phone, they stated that they can only do phone orders if you have a Sears card.

As everyone else has stated, for a beginner any box will work. Again, you can save a few bucks by viewing CL and Ebay. For experience on cars, are any of your friends gear-heads? If so, when they say they are doing whatever project, ask to lend a hand or use your explorer as a base to start.

What type of truck do you have. I'm 6' and have a F-350. I don't have a toolbox in the bed but if I did, I would be able to use it. Really I just want to see the truck in question.

Sears' whole website *****!!! Luckly I have a small Sears store that will honor online prices as well as discounts.

Now the hard part.... filling it with tools.

My birthday was yesterday and my wife wanted to get me a new tool box as a combo gift. I was looking at a Craftsman 41" as I didn't want to trade in my truck for a SO. I look on Sears' website today and see they have a sale on the 52" combo for $999 as seen here...

I will probably get blasted on this because I am a newb but, while I applaud Sears for offering the benifits to people that get called up to active duty, what about people that serve but don't work for Sears. Last time I checked, Sears only offers a military discount on their Portrait Studio....
