    Drill press rocks (not good)

What I did was take a 2 2X4's, bult the drill press to it so the 2X4 sticks out like 6" on each side of the drill press (giving it a wider base to start with) So basically 1 2X4 spans across the front 2 holes of the drill press base, and the other 2X4 spans across the rear 2 holes of the base...

No flow in radiant heat loops?

Don't forget that a lot of these manifolds also have flow adjusters on the cold return side of each loop on the manifold.. Make sure those aren't all shut too..

    Is a mixing valve nessesary?

Thanks Anthony, I guess I will not bother to put the mixing valve in my setup if it's not needed. I wish in the boiler instruction manual it would have more setups to follow. Appreciate the help

    Is a mixing valve nessesary?

I am in the process of hooking up my natural gas HTP boiler, I was wondering what the consensus was on putting a mixing valve in to regulate the temperature entering the boiler. Is it nessesary and what are the advantages and disadvantages to it? Thanks.

Does the HTP eft not come with a thermostat? Or is there supposed to be more than one. And ow exactly does this switching relay work? Thanks

    **Please Help Complete my setup!**

Ok, so far I hate a HTP EFT55 Natural Gas Boiler, with 4 loops on 220ft oxy lex in the slab... Here is what I am looking to order, I was wondering if I am missing anything else to complete my in floor heating package besides the expansion tank: 3/4" Sweat (CxC) Purge & Fill Ball Valve w/ Hose...

    **Starting Fresh...(In Floor Heat)

Yea air leaks are quite terrible, hopefully we will have minimal amounts as it's a new build and we did the work ourselves and made sure to poly and tape all seams. I might go to the extent of putting silicone in the joints of my OSB sheets on my walls and ceilings. But like u suggested I can...

lol, good stuff, is there any other boilers you guys can recommend I take a look at that compares well to the HTP? (efficiency, and purchase cost etc.)

    **Starting Fresh...(In Floor Heat)

Ok, so I have returned the tankless water heater and opted to go the BOILER route. I need some assistance in sizing the boiler for my application. It has to be Natural Gas. If someone could figure out how many btus I will need that would be much appreciated as well as maybe some good tips/...

    Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater?

From what I have spec'd out, the takagi and my Noritz nrc98-DV-NG heater seem very much the same. Hopefully I will have just as good of luck with it heating my 24x36' garage

    Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater?

I just find it interesting because what difference does it make what the tankless heater is heating... They design these to run in homes where water is being shut on and off constantly and run for lengths of time when dishwashers and laundry machines are running etc. Let alone 365 days a year...

    Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater?

and you know this from experience? what are your concerns and problems with these types of setups? and for what application? My garage is only 24X36, no where near commercial size or use I would think. And in theory, how does it abuse the tankless water system more than a standard home turning...
