Doing neon signs I have some specialized tooling and equipment that brings the total well past 120k.

The HF is pure ****. Go with electric.

I have one and its a perfectly good welder for non-industrial use. It is a "real machine" and will lay down a weld just as good as a big name welder for twice or more of the price.

They sell a kit at Home Depot with the adapter, 2 batteries and a charger.

I bought a pair of Cat boots back in 96 and had them until last year when the leather finally rotted out because of salt from the winter with out me cleaning them. Steal toe and steel shank along the bottom. I can't find anything that good anywhere.

Kobalt use to be a good buy but in the last year or so they changed to less quality and more price. Discontinued some of their better tools also.

I had a nice Malco N1 that grew legs and I need a replacement. Went to Lowes and they had a crappy Wiss branded one there. So do you guys in your vast knowledge of tools have any thing better or comparable in the $45 price range of the Malco?
