    Tag-A-Long Small Aluminum BBQ Grill

The little Tag-A-Long open grill passed the test today cooking a dozen drumsticks. Even with an outside ambient temperature of 55 degrees the center of the meat got up to 190 degrees. I only put 10 charcoal briquets along with some small pieces of red oak on the grate and after 2 hours of...

I have no idea what I'm doing...Just ordered parts for a 4x8' CNC plasma table.

kazlx, Great job on the build. This has been one of the most interesting threads that I have followed. Hope you update with more photos often.

Anyone have a sheet metal brake? Ordered Grizzly G5769 48"

Yep, the larger the opening in the Die, the less force required to bend a piece of material. You have a great looking ole machine, wish I had it in my shop and you had a brand new one...he he. Thank you for sharing the information.

    Tag-A-Long Small Aluminum BBQ Grill

My supplier was out of 1/4" S/S round rod so I bought some 5/16" which is a bit of an over kill but it looks good on the edges of the S/S expanded metal. The grill and charcoal grate are now completed and on the next pretty day I will grill some sausage and see how well this small BBQ Grill works.

Anyone have a sheet metal brake? Ordered Grizzly G5769 48"

Nice looking Press. I have a couple of questions, 1) does it show the maximum thickness of metal to be bent at the full 6-foot and 2) what is the Die opening Thank you

Which Vertical Mill would you buy

Hey Kevin54, I would be willing to say that more people than myself enjoyed and learned from your “ramblings”. I always appreciate anyone that will put a positive view on a subject. I hear and read too much of the condescending statements people make today. My daddy always told me that a bucket...

Which Vertical Mill would you buy

Kevin54, thanks just looked at the specs on the Jet and the Grizzly, both are more machines than the Fox. The Grizzly has a few more features and is the heaviest by weight than all the others.

Low-Buck Approach to the Strong Hand Build Pro Welding Table

Are the Pucks allowed to freely move through the "slots" and are not tightened down other than when the clamp is in use?

Which Vertical Mill would you buy

First off, I really do appreciate the time and effort and knowledge shared by everyone, but let me approach the Mill question in another way. Lets say a really good condition BP, Rockwell, etc. were not available to me at my location when my shop is completed, but I could buy (for an example...

    My Garage Brewery

Wow, just read the requiremnts to get a Brewers License for Liquor here in Texas and besides a bunch of government BS, it is $3,200 every two years. Beer and wine are no cost. Now I see why my old family from Tennesse were all Moonshiners.
