Cool looking saw, so you grab it around the metal case and cut away.
Interesting how they made some of these older power tools.
Looks older than the 60’s but What do I know.
This was my grandfathers toastmaster model 5501 jig saw. I believe it’s probably from the middle 50’s. The saw still works and I use it occasionally for sentamental reasons.
I’m 72 yrs old. He probally bought it or got it with green stamps when I was about 7. Unfortunally the guide is missing...

I bought some tools from a neighbor that previously had owned a Model T. Most of the tools I can find online but there’s 3 I can’t seem to pin down what the are and what there use was.

Picked up this bar with screw in hook on one end. Only marking is pat applied for. I have no idea what it is or used for
Also picked this wrench marked Sea Hawk. Never saw this marking before
