    Youtube videos worth watching?

This one quickly became one of my favorite for entertainment purposes. For general fabrication and interesting builds, Rainfall Projects has been a favorite for a while.

    New Miller Multimatic 220

I talked with Cyberweld and they said the 220's should start shipping out to customers next week. Not sure of other sites. I'm interested in it (along with the Everlast 252) because I can do a bit of everything in one machine. With the Everlast if you add up getting extra drive spools and...

Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT The Garage at The Place in The Valley (Garage Condo 45x23x20)

So, not a lawyer or ADA expert but couldn't you install a second hand lift, then after all construction is done take it apart and put it in long term storage*? If for some reason anyone asks just tell them it is at a repair facility. *Long term storage where it is kept at some other person's...

Preparation for my own garage build thread.

Hello all, preparing to finally start work on restoring/building out my 20x40 metal garage and needed some advice. I'll attach pictures below but what I am trying to figure out is the best way to build in a wall structure that I can use to attach the sheathing. For the walls I will most likely...

    The VISES of Garage Journal

Anyone know something about this vise? value? replaceable jaws? http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/tls/3621062306.html I'm looking for something a little heavier and finding vise's in my neck of the woods is turning out to be a pain in the ****.

    Stop center loading format

Why not go to a more modern design where the page can redraw itself or just have it left aligned? It's annoying to scroll around when pictures go off the right of the page but there is still a bunch of space to the left that is never used. Just a suggestion.

Nice steel cabinets on Minneapolis Craigslist - picked two up tonight

Those things go for $200-300 around here. Gezus I hate the prices on used storage equipment and things like vises in ABQ, everyone believes they are on pawn stars or something.

    My new slice of heaven..

That is one thing that really hooked us on this place. Great location, space to expand (the house is on smaller side at 1550 sqft with 1 bathroom but the layout means we can add on a master suite in about 2 years pretty easily).

    My new slice of heaven..

Wife really likes the house and the yard where she is going to be able to do the gardening she loves. I finally got some new pictures this morning and will upload them once I get home tonight.

    My new slice of heaven..

It's in the North Valley in between 4th and the river. That shot is looking north and a little west so the Sandias would be off to the right. Heading over there during lunch, only a 5 minute drive from work, to take some pictures while the sun is up.

    My new slice of heaven..

Been a member for a while now, just never much to contribute. Been living in suburban hell where you can touch your neighboor's house by leaning out the window with a broom stick. Had tools and a shop in previous place that has basically been in storage for years due to a single car garage...

    The VISES of Garage Journal

I saw one of these come up for the first time ever in my area, called not 20 minutes after it was posted and I was #3 in line if the first 2 didn't come up with the cash. Finding vises and most anything "heavy metal" in my area tends to **** or prices are insane.

Seriously more pics! I've wanted to do a run along the 127 for a few years now. I think 2013 is when I will finally make the time.
