Mac has a set that's probably the same quality as the HF but with a warranty. If it's not used on a daily basis, go cheap, add or replace the parts as they break. You may be able to put together what you need specificity from a parts store.
I've had a set of MIT ( Michigan industrial tool) for years. They have helps up very well. The key to cheap impact sockets it be sure the size is stamped in the steel and not painted on.
Nice, reminds me I need to bring my late Dads snappy stuff home. All those old tools are just cool. There was more quality in the cheapest tools back then than in most "good" tools now.
That is sweet, you do ****! That's a non spark light, I use to use them in the military shops around fuels. I see a dimealloy adjustable in a pic there.
I have had great luck with tapcon screws. The hole has to be perfectly straight so the screw is impossible to put in by hand. If it's a wood to concrete application I use some liquid nails to help keep it stuck. I have used plastic inserts also but the provided screw is never long enough...
X1 There are other great brands but unless you have time to drive all over getting warranty on stuff there is only one real choice. Buying a cordless drill in SO is a stretch but overall you have to get the good stuff.
It was the most different sizes in a set at the time I was shopping. They are easy to switch. I have a few larger ones in Mac and they aren't bad to switch but these are easy. I use the small Mac set on gas powered drill gearboxes etc... Small equipment or ratchets I guess.
Paid about $12 each for 4 boxes and a roaster lid full of sockets at a farm auction. After some sorting and ditching the broken box there are a lot of decent tools.
