Okay folks here are some pics. As you can see there aren't many bolts in this pan and this one is hanging off by itself, thus my concern on just putting a ******** it being able to put enough pressure. On the pan I am pointing to the hole with the broken bolt. It is hard to see in the picture...

Kevin, I wouldn't be opposed to strapping it, however since it is a corner bolt I'm not sure of the strength of a strap to hold enough pressure on the pan. Truck
