Need help finding a roll up door weatherstrip

The 1/16 doesn't fit, and no amount of soap/oil/grease is going to allow it to slide 10' across in the track...

Need help finding a roll up door weatherstrip

I have a roll up style door and I can't find suitable replacement for the bottom weatherstrip/sweep. It's a "U" style, but the trouble is that all of the replacements I've looked at are too thick to fit in the track (I've tried). The problem is the thickness; mine is .05 inches thick, but the...

    Insulating metal buildings

I'm in the process of building a metal "carport" style garage... the kind with a 2x2 tube steel structure. I would really like to insulate it for both condensation prevention as well as to make it so that future attempts to heat the building are within the realm of possibilities. There...

    The Harbor Freight PASS/FAIL Thread...

My "office" is a company truck, so I need an inverter to run my laptop. When I started I bought a black and decker inverter that has always been a finicky POS. It finally crapped out on me, and I purchased the 400 watt inverter...

    Anyone ID this ratchet?

This is a 3/8 ratchet that belongs to a friend. He says that it's snap on but it has absolutely no identifying information whatsoever. It's a strange little ratchet, not sure how it works but it feels like an infinite position mechanism of some sort. Any clues? I'd really like to buy one for...

    Leaky Oxygen regulator

Relax guys. The tanks are nearly empty so i'll be having them filled later this week when I have time off. I'll have them see if they can fix it without trying to upsell me too badly. I just wanted to burn off what I have before I take the tanks in. As I've stated I couldn't quite tell how...

    Leaky Oxygen regulator

Ok, good to know. Its visibly different from the acetylene regulator (you can actually see threads) While we're on the subject, is there anything wrong with using the smaller regulators on larger tanks with an adapter? Eventually I'd like to get a B size acetylene tank and 40 CF o2.

    Leaky Oxygen regulator

Just to be clear, the set is stored with the gas off at the bottle. Any use would be outdoors. I'm not to worried about a small o2 leak outside (a leak of that size may raise the ambient oxygen concentration .00000001% at best) rather my concern (not knowing how these things are put together)...

    Leaky Oxygen regulator

I finally got around to picking up a port a torch set. Not really what I want (I want acetylene, propane, and a huge oxy tank, no room for all that right now) but it should fit the bill for small cutting and heating jobs and maybe let me find out if I **** at gas welding as bad as I do with...

Cordless Impact Wrenches - Any good?

I have a Ryobi 18V cordless I use with my NiCd collection. It's not the most powerful thing in the world but it is great for zipping wheels on and off and if you have a fastener that's really not wanting to move it's great for just beating on it to soften it up if nothing else.

SOLD Gear Wrench (non ratcheting) combo wrench set std/MM

SOLD SOLD SOLD I have for sale a set of Gear Wrench brand NON RATCHETING combination wrenches. Only a few months old they've seen little use. However a few have been used and have some marks from handling. The exception to this is the 1" wrench; this is the only one that has seen real use...

Is there such a thing as a good oil filter wrench?

Cheap Phillips head + hammer. Use caution as it will cut the S**T out of you if you're not careful. :lol_hitti
