That is a sweet Morgan. I have 4 of them out in my shop a model 30, 40, 50, and an 80.

how many amps do you guys run when doing this?

I had the same problem with this gun, I use a thick grease with moly, I think the spring in the tube dosent push hard enough to keep it primed in it. I took off the blue painted tube and replaced it with a silver colored one off a 12v lincoln battery gun (which i think has a stiffer spring)...

I do see they have a different shape base now. If it were a swivel it should be stamped 180, mine is just an 80. I would guess you have an earlier Morgan than mine. If you ever want to sell it let me know, I'm also looking for a 60 and 50.

Here another different style of jaws I have never seen on another morgan vise.

Its a chicago, no swivel. I'll take some better pictures this weekend. I have a sickness, whenever I see a morgan I buy it.
