    Russell Jennings Stubby Auger Bits

These are small 1/8 to 3/8 auger buts made by Russell Jennings. They are not cut downs of longer bits but stubby bits. I've never seen these before and cannot find any reference to them online. Anybody have any clues

1893 LEWIS & LURIE VISE Anybody seen one before?

Be glad to - It' in bad shape but this is all I have. One note is that the literature refers to them as having been made by the Lewis & Lurie Manufacturing Co. where this example is made by the Lewis & Lurie Vise Co

1893 LEWIS & LURIE VISE Anybody seen one before?

I found this battered & broken vise at an antique store. Through DATAMP I located the patent record by date July 25 1893. It's made by the LEWIS LURIE VISE CO. I'd be interested in any info.

Information wanted on Wilton Corner Vise

Well - Here's a couple of photos... I bought it at the Goodwill. It's almost impossible to find any info on it. There is a number on the back casting (shown) The jaws are 7" by 3" in either direction, opens a full 9". It weighs 226 pounds and is rapid acting.
